Speech Therapy
Articulation difficulties: The correct pronunciation of speech sounds.

Fluency of Speech: Repetition of words or part of a word that results in a stutter.
Auditory Processing Therapy
Your child may find it difficult to:
- Pay attention and remember information presented orally to him/her;
- Carry out multiple step directions;
- Listen and process information;
- Develop vocabulary and understand language.
Language Therapy
Early childhood intervention.
Expressive language difficulties: When a child has difficulty talking or expressing his/her ideas.
Reading and spelling difficulties.

Receptive language difficulties: This is when a child has difficulty understanding language. They have trouble comprehending when they listen or read.

Second language learners: Does your child receive education in his/her second or third language and still find it difficult to understand and/or use English.
Hearing Screening
It is important to test a child's hearing on entering school. In a class of 20 plus learners, a child with even a mild hearing loss may have difficulty coping in class. It is good practice to check a child's hearing as it is vital for learning. It is important that a screening test be done before a child enters Grade One.
